Section 13 Display Settings Banner Create your own personalized greeting that appears in the display while your phone is in standby mode. 1. In standby mode, press the Menu (left) soft key ( ), then press wxyz (for Settings) and abc (for Display Settings), and mno for Banner. The following submenus appear in the display: ⅷ Personal ⅷ ERI Banner 2. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight the desired banner, then press the key. ⅷ If you select Personal, the Banner screen appears in the display with the Enter Text field highlighted. ‫ מ‬Enter a word or short phrase to appear in your phone's display while in standby mode (Up to 12 characters). See "Section 5: Entering Text" on page 63 for more information. Tip: Press and hold CLR to erase an existing banner, if necessary. Press the key to save your changes. ⅷ If you select ERI Banner, the following options appear in the display: ‫ מ‬On ‫ מ‬Off Use the Up and Down navigation keys to highlight the desired option, then press the key.
