MANUAL COOKING PROOF Use PROOF to aid dough rising when making regular or sweet yeast breads. PROOF can be programmed for up to 2 hours 30 minutes. Example: To proof bread dough for 20 minutes using PROOF. 1. Fill the reservoir to the MAX mark. Position correctly and push firmly into place. 2.
