TROUBLESHOOTING CHART MESSAGE ON DISPLAY INFORMATION DRAIN WATER MESSAGE NOW COOLING PREPARING STEAM ACTION After cooking or if water has been left in the steam generator for more than 15 hours, this message will be displayed. Remove the reservoir. Check that the base tray is on the oven floor. Press START. If "NOW COOLING" is displayed, see next section. Wait until the water has cooled in the steam generator. When "NOW COOLING" disappears, the water will be drained automatically. It takes a maximum of 30 minutes to cool and then drain after cooking. When START is pressed, this message may appear. Count down begins when the message disappears. The followings situations are normal and are not signs that the oven is malfunctioning.
