AUTOMATIC COOKING SENSOR COOK * Suppose you want to cook 2 baked potatoes with Standard time. PROCEDURE 1 Press Microwave, turn the Dial to select AUTO and press Enter. 3 Turn the Dial to select BAKED POTATOES and press Enter. 4 Make sure STANDARD is selected and press Enter. 2 Turn the Dial to select SENSOR COOK and press Enter. 5 Press START. SENSOR COOK CHART FOOD AMOUNT PROCEDURE Baked Potatoes 1 - 6 med. Pierce. Place on paper towel on oven floor. If the oven stops midway, rearrange and turn over. Use pot holders or oven mitts to prevent burns. After cooking, remove from oven, wrap in aluminum foil and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Use this setting to cook ground beef or turkey as patties or in a casserole to be added to other ingredients. Place patties on a microwave-safe rack and cover with wax paper. Place ground meat in a casserole and cover with wax paper or plastic wrap. When oven stops, turn patties over or stir meat in casserole to break up large pieces. Re-cover and press START. After cooking, let stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes. Place rice into a deep casserole and add double quantity of water. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, stir, cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.
