Installing applications from unknown sources Installing applications of unknown or unreliable origin can damage your phone. By default, your phone is set to block such installations. However, you can change this setting and allow installations from unknown sources. To allow the installation of applications from unknown sources 1 From the Home screen, drag upwards. 2 Find and tap Settings > Applications. 3 Mark the Unknown sources checkbox. Copyright-protected content Some listed items or content that you want to access, for example, applications, games or music albums, may be copyright-protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management). You need to buy or renew a license to be able to use copyright-protected content. You might not be able to copy, send or transfer copyright-protected items. DRM Settings From the DRM settings menu, you can change your DRM settings: • DRM Reset - Clear all DRM data, such as licenses and license consumption information. When DRM-protected files, applications or services have been deleted, or are no longer in use, you can select DRM Reset to free memory in the phone. To reset your DRM data 1 From the Home screen, drag upwards. 2 Find and tap Settings > Sony Ericsson > DRM settings. 3 Tap DRM Reset.
