After 'MEMO FILE* and *CF MEMOappear for about one second. the memo you have input wiN appear. Each time the disc is loaded in the player. the memo wiN appear. To display the memo for the disc being played Press TIME/MEMO twice during shuffle. program or bank play and press three times during continuous play. To return to the normal display. press TIME/MEMO once MOM. To rewrite a memo - Before pressing FILE: By pressing 144Nt. move the cursor under the letter/symbol to be changed. then select the desired letter/symbol using 44 or letter buttons on the remote commander. To erase the letter and make a space. locate the desired place with the cursor and press CLEAR on the remote commander. - After pressing FILE: Repeat from step 2 in this section. Clearing the Disc Memo 1 Place the disc whose memo you want to clear In the disc compartment and press!. The memo wiN appear. 2 Press MEMO INPUT or 44**. The first letter in the memo flashes. 3 Press ERASE.. *FILE ERASE' appears and 'CF MEMO* disappears from the display. To assign names by referring to disc labels You can assign names to discs while the disc tray is open. Repeat inputting a name and pressing DISC SKIP to select another disc. then press FILE to close the tray. The names for each disc are stored. 32
