Detects the faces of your subjects and adjusts the focus, flash, exposure, white balance and redeye reduction settings automatically. Face Detection frame (Orange) When the camera detects more than one subject, the camera will judge which is the main subject and set focus by priority. The Face Detection frame for the main subject will turn orange. The frame for which the focus is set will turn green when the shutter button is pressed halfway down. Face Detection
Selects whether to use the Face Detection function or not, and also selects the priority subject for
adjusting the focus when using the function.
Detects the faces of your subjects and adjusts the focus, flash, exposure, white balance and red-
eye reduction settings automatically.
When you use DSC-T900, set the mode switch to

Choosing the priority subject
Touch a subject to select it as the priority subject immediately, regardless of the Face Detection
priority setting.
