Do not use an AC power adaptor other than the recommended one since it may cause the recorder to malfunction. Polarity of the plug • There are regional differences in AC-E30HG specifications. For this reason, you should verify that the power requirements and plug configuration are appropriate for your area before you purchase the recorder. • Connect the AC power adaptor to an easily accessible AC outlet. Should you notice an abnormality in the AC power adaptor, disconnect it from the AC outlet immediately. 43
