You can listen to another program source without affecting the recording by pressing FUNCTION selector. Note on recording The setting of the volume, TONE and BALANCE controls do not have any effect on recording. Tape Dubbing POWER ON INN Do •...Go (I) • • 42 to DAT IN 2,5 DAT deck (for playback) to TAPE REC OUT 4 3,5 Tape deck (for, recording) 1 Turn on the receiver and the equipment to be used. 2 Insert the recorded tape into DAT deck. 3 Insert a blank tape into the tape deck and adjust the recording level. 4 Select DAT with REC OUT SELECTOR. 5 Start the playback of DAT deck and set tape deck in . the recording mode. Note You can dub an audio tape from tape deck to DAT deck, if you select TAPE at the step 4 above.
