English Removing the V-belt guard Removing the "cast arm with guard" 2 1 1307BA004 KN N Unscrew the screw (1) - screw (1) is secured on the V-belt guard (2) to prevent loss N Raise the V-belt guard (2) slightly and pull it off to the front 3 21 1 1 4 3 N Remove the V-belt (3) from the front pulley (4) 1307BA005 KN N Remove the nuts (1) N Remove the "starter cover with rewind starter" (2) N Remove the "cast arm with guard" (3) from the studs Preparing the "cast arm with guard" for outboard mounting 1 N Unscrew the stop pin (1) 370BA073 KN 1307BA006 KN 370BA074 KN A 1 45 32 N Turn the guard so that it is in the position shown (see picture) N Screw in and tighten the stop pin (1) N Move the adjusting lever (2) to position A N Screw in the bolt (3) and tighten up N Remove screw (4) from the limit stop (5) N Pull off the limit stop (5) 6 370BA075 KN 45 N Turn the "cast arm with guard" so that the guard is on the outboard side N Insert limit stop (5) - align the hole in the limit stop with the hole in the cast arm N Screw in the bolt (4) and tighten up 24 TS 480i, TS 500i
