This status may be a temporary status before the failover. • If the passive server has any errors that have not been resolved before this status occurs, the system will not be able to perform auto-failover and will remain in this state. Cause A storage pool on the active server crashed due to drive errors, and errors on the passive server prevent it from taking over services. Resolution Check if there are any errors on the passive server. If there are, make sure to solve the errors according to the appropriate solution provided in this guide. After the error on the passive server is resolved, the system will perform an auto-failover and the passive server will take over services.
