10 ❖ Always make sure the drive and AC adaptor have adequate ventilation and are protected from overheating when the AC adaptor is connected to a power outlet. Inadequate ventilation may cause the drive and AC adaptor to overheat resulting in a fire or electric shock and serious injury. ❖ If dust gets on the power plug connectors or connector base, turn the power off and disconnect the power plug. Then clean the connector and/or connector base with a dry soft cloth. Failure to do so may cause a fire or electric shock, possibly resulting in serious injury. ❖ Avoid extended contact between the drive and your skin. The drive may become hot!
