Qosmio F750 Series Memory media slot This slot lets you insert an SD™/SDHC™/ SDXC™ memory card, miniSD™/microSD™ Card, Memory Stick™ (Duo™/PRO™/PRO Duo™/Micro™), xD-Picture Card™ and MultiMediaCard™. Refer to the Optional devices section in Chapter 3, Operating Basics for more information. Keep foreign metal objects, such as screws, staples and paper clips, out of the Memory media slot. Foreign metal objects can create a short circuit, which can cause damage and fire, possibly resulting in serious injury. Infrared receiver win- This is a sensor window that receives signals dow from the remote controller which is provided with some models. Models which do not include a remote controller are not equipped with an infrared receiver so the computer cannot be operated with a remote controller. Wireless communica- The Wireless communication indicator glows tion indicator orange when the Wireless functions are turned on. Some models are equipped with Wireless functions. DC IN indicator The DC IN indicator normally glows white when power is being correctly supplied from the AC power adaptor. Power indicator The Power indicator normally glows white when the computer is turned on. However, if you turn the computer off into Sleep Mode, this indicator will flash orange - approximately two seconds on, two seconds off - both while the system is shutting down and while it remains turned off. Battery indicator The Battery indicator shows the condition of the battery's charge - white indicates the battery is fully charged, orange indicates the battery is charging, and flashing orange indicates a low battery condition.
