The Finishing Tab 293 ˆ HCSS (High Capacity Stacker Stapler) a. Choose a tray option. b. If you select Stack Tray, select one of the following check boxes: • Offset: Use this option for both collated and uncollated jobs. For uncollated jobs, offset shifts the sheets when a new page number is delivered. For example, if you request 3 copies of each page, the printing output sequence is as follows: Page1, Page1, Page1, offset, Page2, Page2, Page2, offset, and so on. • Staple: Use this option to select the desired stapling method. ˆ EHCS + HCSS (Enhanced High Capacity Stacker and High Capacity Stacker Stapler) ˆ EHCS-1 + EHCS-2 ˆ EHCS-1 + DFA (Enhanced High Capacity Stacker and Document Finishing Architecture) ˆ DFA (Document Finishing Architecture) a. Select the desired Profile from the list (according to the profile set in the printer you are using). b. Select the desired Function (according to the profile set in the printer you are using).
