43 Memory Functions 2) Press the REC SELECT key (G) corresponding to the track you want to check. The maximum level segment of the selected track will light and the tape counter will display the corresponding location value for as long as the two keys are pressed. If the level is beyond the recommended level, the segment will flash. The following display shows Track 2 being checked. TAPE 9.5 +9 +9 6 6 3 3 0 0 3 3 6 6 10 10 -20 -20 1 2 3 4 LR REC SELECT 1 2 3 4 Note: If the maximum level is reached a several locations, only the first location is displayed. If you reset the tape counter after the recording, the location displayed will be incorrect. Unlike the memo function, the MT4X does not re-calculate the maximum level memory locations. Clear the maximum level data 1) Press and hold the STOP key (W). 2) Press the CLEAR key (L). When the data is cleared, the -20 dB segments on the level meters for all four tracks and the stereo signal will flash three times.
