Recording Your Performance You can record one Song on the instrument. Since the settings such as the Voices to use cannot be changed once recording starts, make the settings according to your preferences beforehand. NOTICE • If a previously recorded Song already exists, the [PLAY] button is lit. Recording another Song while the [PLAY] button is lit deletes the previously recorded Song. • After recording, be sure to turn off the power using [ ] (Standby/On). Note that if the power is turned off abruptly (for example, if the adaptor is disconnected; page 17), the recorded Song data will be erased. 1 Recording standby 2 Start recording 3 Stop recording 4 Currently playing back Flashes Lights Flashes Turns off Lights Flashes Press [REC]. Play the keyboard. Pressing [PLAY] also starts recording. Press [REC]. Press [PLAY]. Press [PLAY] again to stop playback. • The instrument can record up to 60 KB (approximately 7,000 notes). When the amount of recording exceeds the capacity, recording will stop automatically, but the performance up to that point is stored. • You can use the metronome while recording, but the metronome sound will not be recorded.  Deleting a Recorded Song 1 Deletion standby 2 Deletion start 3 Deletion finished Flashes Flashes Press [REC]. Deleting a Recorded Song
NOTICE
