TUNING Memory back-up The memory back-up circuit prevents the stored data from being lost even if this unit is set in the standby mode, the power cord is disconnected from the AC outlet, or the power supply is temporarily cut due to power failure. However, if the power is cut for more than one week, the preset stations may be cleared. If so, store the stations again by using the presetting station methods. ■ Manually presetting stations You can also store up to 40 stations (8 stations x 5 groups) manually. 2,5 4 3 Rotate MULTI JOG to select a preset station while the "MEMORY" indicator is flashing. Rotate rightward to select a higher preset station group and number. Rotate leftward to select a lower preset station group and number. The preset station group letter and number appears. Check that the colon (:) appears on the front panel display.
