Chapter 1 Introducing the NWA The following table describes the behavior of the device LEDs. LABEL LED 1 WL1 2 WDS/SYS 3 WL2 4 ZyAIR COLOR Green Green Red Green Blue STATUS On Blinking Off On Flashing Off On Blinking Off On Blinking Off DESCRIPTION The wireless adaptor WLAN1 is active. The wireless adaptor WLAN1 is active, and transmitting or receiving data. The wireless adaptor WLAN1 is not active. The NWA is in AP + Bridge or Bridge/ Repeater mode, and has successfully established a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) connection. The NWA is starting up. Either The NWA is in Access Point or MBSSID mode and is functioning normally. The NWA is in AP + Bridge or Bridge/ Repeater mode and has not established a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) connection. or The NWA is not receiving power. The wireless adaptor WLAN2 is active. The wireless adaptor WLAN2 is active, and transmitting or receiving data. The wireless adaptor WLAN2 is not active. The NWA is receiving power. You can turn the ZyAIR LED off and on using the Web configurator. See Enable Breathing LED in Section 8.3 on page 123. The NWA is receiving power and transmitting data to or receiving data from its wireless stations. Either The NWA is not receiving power. or The ZyAIR LED has been disabled.
