CHAPTER 21 Reboot 21.1 Overview Use this screen to restart the Zyxel Device. 21.1.1 What You Need To Know If you applied changes in the Web Configurator, these were saved automatically and do not change when you reboot. If you made changes in the CLI, however, you have to use the write command to save the configuration before you reboot. Otherwise, the changes are lost when you reboot. Reboot is different to reset; reset returns the Zyxel Device to its default configuration. 21.2 Reboot This screen allows remote users can restart the Zyxel Device. To access this screen, click Maintenance > Reboot. Figure 112 Maintenance > Reboot Click the Reboot button to restart the Zyxel Device. Wait a few minutes until the login screen appears. Use this screen to restart the Zyxel Device.
