Distributing print presets throughout your shop Once you've defined your shop's print presets, you can easily copy them to other computers that run InDesign in your shop. To save printer settings into a file you can move to other computers: 1. On the computer where you've defined your standard print presets, choose File > Print 115 Presets > Define. 2. Select all the presets you want to use across your shop's computers, and click Save. You can select multiple presets in the list by holding down a modifier key as you click the presets in the list. Shift-click to select a contiguous range. Ctrl-click (Windows) or Command-click (Mac OS) to select any combination of presets. 3. Click Save, specify a name and location, and click Save. 4. On another of your shop's InDesign computers, choose File > Print Presets > Define, click Load, locate the exported file and click Open.

Distributing print presets throughout your shop
Once you’ve defined your shop’s print presets, you can easily copy them to other computers
that run InDesign in your shop.
To save printer settings into a file you can move to other computers:
1.
On the computer where you’ve defined your standard print presets, choose File > Print
Presets > Define.
2. Select all the presets you want to use across your shop’s computers, and click Save.
You can select multiple presets in the list by holding down a modifier key as you click
