• For a fully configured system, we recommend that you use a power supply unit (PSU) that complies with ATX 12 V Specification 2.0 (or later version) and provides a minimum power of 500 W. • Do not forget to connect the 8-pin ATX +12 V power plug; otherwise, the system will not boot. • To support an Intel® Dual-Core CPU Extreme Edition up to 3.2 GHz, make sure that the PSU can provide at least 16 A and 19 A peak on the +12V_2 lead. • Use of a PSU with a higher power output is recommended when configuring a system with more power-consuming devices. The system may become unstable or may not boot up if the power is inadequate. Refer to the P o w e r s u p p l y r e q u i r e m e n t s table below for details.
