Also, follow the steps below to re-pack the printer, or the printer may be damaged. Before Re-Packing the printer Before your starting to re-pack the printer, you need to support the print head and head gap lever with the Styrofoam block as shown below. Figure 6-22 Insert the Styrofoam blocks  Note  You need to move the print head to the left by hand until it stops.  Do not insert the Styrofoam in the wrong direction as shown below. GOOD BAD 6-13

RE-PACKING THE PRINTER

Caution
Whenever you transport the printer, use the packing materials which are
provided with your printer. Also, follow the steps below to re-pack the printer, or
the printer may be damaged.
Before Re-Packing the printer
Before your starting to re-pack the printer, you need to support the print head
and head gap lever with the Styrofoam block as shown below.

Insert the Styrofoam blocks
Note
You need to move the print head to the left by hand until it stops.
Do not insert the Styrofoam in the wrong direction as shown below.
