15. TABLE OF ERROR CODES Code E-80 E-81 E-82 E-90 E-91 E-A0 E-b0 E-b1 E-d0 E-E0 E-E1 E-E2 Cause Motor PROM is not correctly inserted. Foot switch was depressed when the power was turned on.
