• Set up the scanner within the reach of the cable. • Do not place the scanner in areas with large fluctuations in temperature or humidity. Also do not move the equipment rapidly between areas with high and low humidity. Condensation may cause image errors. After moving from a high humidity area to a low humidity area, allow the scanner sufficient time to adapt to the new condition before use. • Do not place the equipment in an area subject to direct sunlight. The humidity may rise inside the equipment and cause damage, or the image quality may decrease.
