Description Reception cannot be completed because all memory files are used. Transmission is canceled because all memory files are used. The handset or an external telephone is off the hook. The telephone line is busy or there was no answer. Reception cannot be completed due to insufficient memory. Transmission is canceled due to insufficient memory. No operation is performed for one minute after the memory becomes near full. The remote machine does not have a document for polling. Action Wait for the machine to finish jobs in memory and try again. Wait for the machine to finish jobs in memory and try again. Hang up the handset or the telephone. Check if the recipient's number is correct or the telephone cable is properly connected. Print out or delete documents in memory and ask the other party to send the fax again. telephone cable is properly

MEM. FULL/RX CANCEL

memory.

ask the other party to send
the fax again.
