Using Advanced Phone Features Using Star Codes You can set just one of these choices, if necessary. 4 Using Star Codes Your IP phone can support numerous "star codes" to access phone supplementary services. These codes, which start with *, are entered before dialing a telephone number and provide services. For example, to block caller ID (star code 67), you would dial *67, followed by the telephone number you are calling. Following is a list of commonly-used star codes. Some star codes may not be available to you; consult your system administrator for more information. Code 16 17 18 19 36 37 38 39 56 57 66 67 Definition Activate Secure Call feature for all calls.* See Using Secure Call, page 49.
