Section 4 - Configuration Step 7 - Click on the Finish button if you are satisfied with the settings of the Backup job created. Otherwise click on the Previous button to go back and make changes, or click Exit to close the wizard without adding a Remote Backup job. Step 8 - Review details of Remote Backup jobs on the Remote Backup list. Task: Name of the Remote Backup job. Schedule: When the Remote Backup job is scheduled to execute. Status: Job status will be one of the following: • Ready: Remote Backup job is ready to be executed. • Finished: Remote Backup job is complete and was executed successfully. • Failed: Remote Backup job was unsuccessful. Enable/Disable: When this button has a red square, the remote backup job is enabled. Clicking the red square will disable the remote backup job, and the button will change to a green triangle. Clicking the green triangle will enable the job and turn the green triangle back into a red square. Backup now: Clicking this button will execute the backup job immediately as long as the job is enabled. (When you see the adjacent button with the red square, not the green triangle.) Restore: Clicking this button will write the backup files and folders back into the source file system from the backup target system (reverse the file direction). Navigation buttons: Use these buttons to move up and down in the list when the list extends to more than one page. Refresh Button: Click this button during a backup or recovery process when you want to monitor the progress by updating the progress completed bar. D-Link DNS-327L User Manual 399
