Section 4 - Configuration DNS-327L Status You can check the online status of your DNS-327L while connected to mydlink. Your online status may be one of the following: A green checkmark indicates that your NAS is online and ready for use. A yellow exclamation point indicates that your DNS-327L is online, but the mydlink password has changed. You need to enter your new mydlink password to access your NAS again. A red x indicates that your DNS-327L is offline. This means your NAS cannot currently be accessed remotely. If your NAS is offline, try the following: • Check to make sure that the Internet connection to your DNS-327L is working properly. • Try restarting your Internet router. • Check your NAS cable connections to make sure they are secure. • Check to make sure the LED on your DNS-327L is solid blue. If you still cannot access your NAS, reset your DNS-327L and run the Setup Wizard again from http://www.mydlink.com/support. D-Link DNS-327L User Manual 437
