Section 2 - Configuration Subtitles Your media player supports the display of subtitle file formats. SRT is supported from media server software and from USB drives. SMI, SSA, ASS, Subviewer1 & Subviewer2 subtitle formats are supported from a USB drive only. Note: Tools to generate SRT files can be found online. You must also have a UPnP media server capable of sharing video with SRT subtitles, such as the D-Link Media Server. Simply start the video file and the subtitles will show at the bottom of the screen. Use the remote control's Options button to access the Subtitle Settings screen. The following appears only after pressing Options on the remote. Subtitles exist (.SRT files only) Subtitles do not exist Subtitle Settings: If subtitles exist, the following options will appear: Switch: Turn subtitles on/off. Position: use the UP/DOWN arrows on your remote to set the location of your subtitles on your screen. Size: Color: Controls the text size of the subtitles from 16 to 36 point. Controls text color. Delay: Allows the user to slightly delay subtitles from appearing if they are not in sync with the video files. Note: Use the Back button to return the Subtitle Settings menu. Subtitles
Your media player supports the display of subtitle file formats. SRT is supported from media server software and from
USB drives. SMI, SSA, ASS, Subviewer1 & Subviewer2 subtitle formats are supported from a USB drive only.
Note:
Tools to generate SRT files can be found online. You must also have a UPnP media server capable of sharing
video with SRT subtitles, such as the D-Link Media Server.
Simply start the video file and the subtitles will show at the bottom of
the screen. Use the remote control’s
Options
button to access the
Subtitle Settings screen.
The following appears only after pressing
Options
on the remote.
Subtitles exist (.SRT files only)
Subtitles do not exist
Subtitle Settings:
If subtitles exist, the following options will appear:
Position: use the UP/DOWN arrows on your
remote to set the location of your
subtitles on your screen.
Switch:
Turn subtitles on/off.
Size:
Controls the text size of the subtitles from
16 to 36 point.
Color:
Controls text color.
Delay:
Allows the user to slightly delay subtitles
from appearing if they are not in sync with
the video files.
Note:
Use the
Back
button to return the Subtitle Settings menu.
