English TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE MANY COMMON PROBLEMS CAN BE SOLVED EASILY BY UTILIZING THE CHART BELOW. FOR MORE SERIOUS OR PERSISTENT PROBLEMS, CONTACT A DEWALT SERVICE CENTER OR CALL 1-(800)-4-DEWALT. SYMPTOM Over temperature + CAUSE Device is too hot. FIX Check/reduce ambient temperature, allow device to cool down. Deep discharge protection + Battery discharged, deep discharge protection has been activated. Charge the battery immediately. Battery operation is possible again above 25% capacity. Error number Internal machine fault. Contact authorized service center. An error number (e.g. E02) appears in e.g. the display. The device cannot be switched on. The battery has entered a state of deep discharge as it has been stored for too long without being charged. Charge the battery now. Battery operation is possible again above 25% capacity. If charging is no longer possible, contact authorized service center. Control panel defective. Battery is not charged: Device is too hot. Device is connected to the charger, charger is connected to the mains No welding current. Break in the welding cable connection. Contact authorized service center. Check/reduce ambient temperature, allow battery to cool down. Check the plug connections. Device switched on, indicator for Poor or no earth.
