Where To Get Help EPSON provides technical assistance through electronic support services and automated telephone services 24 hours a day, as listed in the following table. Electronic support and automated telephone services Service Access World Wide Web From the Internet, you can reach EPSON's projector page at http://www.epson.com/mul_proj/ Presenters Online Access tips, templates, training and more at http://www.presentersonline.com EPSON Internet FTP Site If you have Internet FTP capability, use your web browser (or other software for FTP downloading) to log onto ftp.epson.com with the user name anonymous and your e-mail address as the password. EPSON E-Mail Technical Support To receive technical advice through e-mail, go to http://support.epson.com and complete the form under the troubleshooting tab, as requested. Automated Telephone Services A variety of automated help services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To use these services, you must have a touch tone telephone and call (800) 922-8911. Telephone Support Services To use the EPSON PrivateLine Support service, call (800) 637-7661 and enter the PIN on the EPSON PrivateLine Support card included in your Owner's Kit. This is the fastest way of speaking to a live representative, and it's free. This service is available 6 AM to 6 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, for the duration of your warranty period.
