This fixed amount of memory will provide the user with a guaranteed graphics memory at all times, and will no longer be available to the OS. DVMT is an enhancement of the UMA concept, wherein the graphics driver allocates memory as needed for running graphics applications. If a user is not performing any graphicsintensive operations, most of the DVMT memory can be utilized by the OS for other uses. We recommend using DVMT setting for better overall system performance. ► DVMT/FIXED Memory Size Select graphics memory size for Fixed or DVMT usage. ► Init Display First This option is used to select the source of primary display device.
