Remove the TV tuner module cable: 1. Release the clips (1) built into the base enclosure that secure the TV tuner antenna connector. 2. Remove the TV tuner antenna connector (2) from the clip built into the base enclosure. 3. Remove the TV tuner module cable (3) from the clips and routing channel built into the base enclosure. Reverse this procedure to install the TV tuner module cable. Modem module cable NOTE: The modem module cable is available in the Cable Kit, spare part number 537857-001. The modem module cable includes the RJ-11 jack. Before removing the modem module cable, follow these steps: 1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC Adapter from the computer. 4. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 44). 5. Remove the following components: a. Primary and secondary hard drives (see Hard drive on page 48). b. Optical drive (see Optical drive on page 45). c. WLAN module (see WLAN module on page 50) d. Switch cover and keyboard (see Switch cover and keyboard on page 59). e. Speaker assembly (see Speaker assembly on page 65). f. Display assembly (see Display assembly on page 67). g. Remove the TV tuner module cable:
1.
Release the clips
(1)
built into the base enclosure that secure the TV tuner antenna connector.
2.
Remove the TV tuner antenna connector
(2)
from the clip built into the base enclosure.
3.
Remove the TV tuner module cable
(3)
from the clips and routing channel built into the base
enclosure.
Reverse this procedure to install the TV tuner module cable.
Modem module cable
NOTE:
The modem module cable is available in the Cable Kit, spare part number 537857-001. The
modem module cable includes the RJ-11 jack.
Before removing the modem module cable, follow these steps:
1.
