If the BIOS interface is in Auto mode, change it to Command Line mode as follows: a. Press the F9 key to open RBSU when prompted during POST. b. In RBSU, select BIOS Serial Console & EMS>BIOS Interface Mode. c. Change the setting to Command Line. d. Press the Esc key to exit RBSU, and then press the F10 key to confirm that you want to exit. The server reboots, and POST runs again. During POST, all controllers in the server are initialized one at a time in the current boot order sequence. If a controller is connected to one or more hard drives, a message appears during the initialization process for that controller, prompting you to start ORCA. 2. At the ORCA prompt for the controller that you want to configure, press the F8 key. The ORCA command line prompt appears. 3. Enter the command for the task that you want to perform. For information about command syntax and to see a list of possible commands, enter help. 4. If you create a logical drive, format it when you install the operating system.
