Zoning Telnet Commands cfgEnable Function Enable a zone configuration. Synopsis cfgEnable cfgName Availability Administrator Description The configuration to be enabled is built when a specified zone configuration is enabled. It is built by checking for undefined zone names, zone alias names, or other inconsistencies and then expanding zone aliases, removing duplicate entries, and installing the enabled configuration. If the build fails, the previous state is preserved (zoning remains disabled, or the previous enabled configuration remains in effect). If the build succeeds, the new configuration replaces the previous configuration. See cfgShow for a description of defined and enabled configurations. Operands The following operand is required: cfgName Name of zone configuration to be enabled, in quotes.
