Glossary Class F Connectionless service for control traffic between switches, with notification of delivery or non-delivery of data between the E_Ports. Class of Service A specified set of delivery characteristics and attributes for frame delivery. CLI Command line interface. Interface that depends entirely on the use of commands, such as through telnet or SNMP, and does not involve a Graphic User Interface (GUI). CLS Close Primitive Signal. Only in an Arbitrated Loop; sent by an L_Port that is currently communicating on the loop, to close communication to an other L_Port. CMBISR Central Memory Built-In Self Repair. Class F
