Microphone simple mode is used to assign the essential opera-
tions to the four switches (S1 to S4) on the remote control unit.

Battery protection
When the battery voltage decreases, the battery protection
function automatically turns the transceiver OFF. Select the
function according to your battery type.
(default: differs depending on the version)

: Turns the function OFF. Select when you use the
BP-263 battery case.

: Select when you use the BP-264 Ni-MH battery pack.
• bAt.LI
: Select when you use the BP-265 Li-Ion battery pack.
