13.7 ID & Print 13 13.7.2 Recalling a job from the control panel Reference - When using batch printing for an ID & Print job, the copying cannot be interrupted. Printing simultaneously with log-in 1 Enter the [User Name] and [Password] from the control panel of the printer. % If the control panel shows a screen that appears after logging in, logging out by pressing the Access key brings up a login screen. 2 Select [Begin Printing], and press [Login]. Once the user is authenticated, the print job is printed. % If the user is a public user, select [Begin Printing] and press [Public User] without entering a user name and a password. % If there are multiple print jobs, all the jobs are printed. To select the documents to print, select [Ac- cess Basic Screen] and press [Login] and then print the desired documents from the [ID & Print]. % When the optional Authentication Unit is installed, [Device Authentication] and [Card Authentica- tion] appear. By selecting a button, the device or authentication unit can be selected and used as the authentication method. Specifying a job to print 1 Enter the [User Name] and [Password] from the control panel of the printer. 2 Select [Access Basic Screen], and press [Login].
