Type Description Print docu- Send doc- ments uments Secure Print User This user box contains documents that were o × Box saved from the printer driver with an ID and password specified. The ID and password must be entered in order to check the docu- ment contents. Annotation User This user box contains documents saved from o o Box Fax/Scan mode or Copy mode. Previously specified text can be added to the documents when they are printed or transmitted. Encrypted PDF This user box contains encrypted PDF docu- o × User Box ments saved from PageScope Web Connec- tion or PageScope Direct Print. ID & Print User This user box appears when user authentica- o × Box tion settings have been specified. A document can be printed after the user has entered the user name and password from a computer on the network. External Memory This user box appears when the optional local o × interface kit is installed. A document saved on external memory connected to the USB inter- face can be printed. !
