Specifying Utility mode parameters 7 2 Reminder When the machine is turned off, then on again with the main power switch, wait at least 10 seconds to turn on the machine after turning it off; otherwise, the machine may not function correctly. In order to enable the setting specified in the Overwrite Temporary Data screen, "Overwrite Temporary Data" must be set to "Yes". Overwrite All Data The machine can be set to overwrite all data on the hard disk. The methods for overwriting data are described below.
