10.3 Parameter details 10 Binding Margin Settings Function Name Shift Mode Front Side/Back Side Unit Option [Parallel Shift], [Auto Reduction] 0 to 50 mm [mm], [inch] Description Specify how the image is shifted to create space for binding margin. [Parallel Shift] : Moves the image horizontally within the paper without reduction. If the document does not have sufficient margins, some portion of the image may beyond the range of the sheet. [Auto Reduction] : The image is printed being reduced so that it does not beyond the range of the sheet. Specify the width of the binding margin. When you remove the check from the [Same value for front and back ] on 2-Sided printing, you can specify the width to the front and the back respectively.
