Restores the machine to the initial settings. Lights up in red when the main power switch is turned on, then turns green when the sub power switch is turned on. Flashes while the machine is receiving print data. Stops copying/printing/scanning in progress to allow another copying job of settings newly specified. Suspends the current output job or stops the machine operation. Used to print a single set or the first page to verify the copy settings. Activates various machine operations. Lights up in blue when the machine is ready to operate. It turns orange when any operation cannot be started. Allows change in entered numeric value. Sets the machine to allow the operation only when the next user is authenticated, if user authentication or account track function is activated and an authenticated user has used the machine.
