Charging grid • The photo conductor is charged through corona discharge from the photo conductor charge corona. • The photo conductor is charged via a grid mesh, which ensures that an even charge is applied to the entire surface of the photo conductor. • The photo conductor charge corona of a comb electrode type discharges only to the grid mesh side, involving a smaller amount of ozone produced as compared with the wire electrode. • Charge corona output rating: -500uA 26
