4500-E220/E321/E323 RAM memory error This error indicates RAM failure. Remove DIMM(s) and re-POR the printer. If the error persists, replace the card. If the error subsides, check each DIMM independently. Replace faulty DIMM. (963). RAM in slot 2 is bad (962). RAM in slot 1 is bad (961). RAM soldered on the board is bad (960). 2-56 Service Manual
