Description of the functions Control panel The water and condensate containers are located behind the lift-up control panel. The panel can be opened by touching "Lift Panel" and closed by touching "Lift Panel" then "OK". The panel is equipped with a finger pinch protection. If it encounters resistance when opening/closing, the process is interrupted. Do not touch the appliance door handle while the panel is opening or closing. Water container The max. water level is 47 fl. oz. (1.4 liters), the min. 34 fl. oz. (1 liter). The water level markers are located inside and outside the container. Do not exceed the max. level marker. The max. quantity of water is sufficient to run a cooking program at 212°F (100°C) for approx. 2 hours, and the min. quantity is sufficient to run a cooking program for approx. 30 minutes, providing the door is not opened. The water level in the water container is represented by a symbol in the display. Condensate container The appliance pumps the condensate produced during the steam cooking program into the condensate container. The maximum water level is 47 fl. oz. (1.4 liters). Grease filter The grease filter must be fitted for every roasting program. It should be removed when using steam programs. It must be removed when baking, otherwise results can be uneven.
