Favorites Operation You can save up to 25 cooking programs each with a maximum of 6 cooking stages under names that you can create in the Favorites menu. All the functions listed under "Favorites" can be combined together. The display will only show the standard functions until you have created a Favorite. If Favorites have already been created and saved, the following will appear: Select The Favorites can be found here and started. Create You can create Favorites. Change Existing programs are displayed and can be changed. Delete Existing programs can be deleted. Use in main menu You can place up to three existing programs into the main menu. Note the following when preparing the program: In the Universal cooking and combination steam functions, steam can only be developed when the oven temperature is 212°F (100°C) / 100% humidity. If the oven temperature is above 212°F (100°C) because of a previous cooking stage, the appliance will not begin preheating until the temperature has lowered to 212°F (100°C). 35
