In the body or subject text field of your message: Menu > Insert Text > scroll to a desired text template > press Insert . Edit the predefined text: Start > Messaging > Text Messages/ Outlook E-Mail/Media Messages > Menu > Options > Edit My Text In the body text field of your email: Menu > Insert Recording > Record > Done Tip: You can create only 1 voice recording at a time.
