When you enter three or more characters in a row, your phone may guess the rest of the word. For example, if you enter prog, you might see: 6 Îì abÔ Msg SMS:436 This is a prog ram Options Send To Press S right to accept program, or press S up or down to reject it. Press # to enter a space after prog. Press S right to accept a word, S up or down to reject a word, or # to insert a space. If you want a different word, continue pressing keys to enter the remaining characters. Press S left or right to move the flashing cursor left or right in a text message. 22 basics The first character of every sentence is capitalized. If necessary, press S down to change the character to lowercase before the cursor moves to the next position. If you don't want to save your text or text edits, press O to exit without saving. iTAPTM method The iTAP software combines your key presses into common words, and predicts each word as you enter it. This can be faster than Tap method because your phone combines the key presses into common words.
