Supported media file formats Media Audio Formats Audio Playlists Video Formats Photos Format • MPEG-1 Layer 1 (MP1) • MPEG-1 Layer 2 (MP2) • MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3) • FLAC • AC3 5.1 (AC3) • Microsoft PCM Wave (WAV) • Advanced Audio Coding (AAC, ADIF, ADTS) • Apple MPEG4 AAC Audio (M4A) • Microsoft Windows Media Audio version 1 and version 2 (WMA) • Microsoft Windows Media Audio Professional (WMA Pro) • WPL, ASX, WAX, WVX, PLS, M3U, RMP • These are for Windows Media Player, WinAmp, RealPlayer, MusicMatch, iTunes • MPEG-1 VCD format (1.15 Mbps CBR) • SD and HD MPEG-2 up to 15 Mbps (using MPEG Audio, AC3, DTS audio formats) • SD and HD MPEG-4 (OpenDivX3, 4, 5.11, XviD) • SD and HD WMV9 (using WMA audio codec) • AVI audio codec: MP3, AC3, PCM, WMA, Ogg • MOV: 3ivX + MP3, 3ivX + PCM (3ivX converted from supported MPEG-4 video codec using Dr. DivX II for MAC OS) • H.264 / AVC + AAC • MP4: MP4V + MP4A (AAC) (only support non-hinted MP4) • Most DivX files using DivX 3, DivX 4, or DivX 5 codecs • Subtitle (MicroDVD, SubRip, Sub Station Alpha, Sami) JPG, BMP, TIFF, PNG A-2
