NETGEAR Mobile Broadband 11n Wireless Router MBR1310 Button/LED Activity Description Power/Test Solid green The router is powered on and operating normally. Solid amber POST (power-on self-test) in progress. Off Power is not supplied to the router. Restore Factory Settings button Press the Restore Factory Settings button for 6 seconds. The Power LED lights briefly. When the button is released, the LED blinks red three times and then turns green as the router resets to the factory defaults. Internet Solid green There is an Internet session. Solid red There is no Internet connection. Blinking green Data is being transmitted over the Internet connection. Blinking green and red Traffic meter limit has been reached. Off No Internet connection detected or device in bridge mode. WiFi Solid blue The WiFi local port is initialized. Blinking blue Data is being transmitted or received over the WiFi link. Off The wireless access point is turned off. ACT Solid green The local Ethernet ports have detected wired links with computers. Blinking Data is being transmitted or received. Off No link is detected on these ports. WAN Solid green The Ethernet WAN port has detected an active link. Blinking Data is being transmitted or received. Off No link is detected on this port. 2G/3G Solid blue The router is in 3G+ coverage. Solid green The router is in 2G coverage. Off No mobile broadband coverage is detected. Signal Quality Solid blue Excellent mobile broadband coverage detected. Solid green Good mobile broadband coverage detected.
